Return Policy
Thank you for shopping from Partyaccessories.pk. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. To avoid any issue, the customer must make an unboxing video of the order, which has to be UNCUT and UN EDITED. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process outlined below.

Returns Eligibility: 
1. Items must be returned within 2 days of the delivery date.
2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
3. Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or replacement, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
4. Items marked as "Sale" are not eligible for return.

Return Process: 
1. Contact our Customer Support team at 0312-6111069 to initiate a request. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and send the unboxing video through WhatsApp at 0312-6111069.
2. Once your return request is approved, you will be notified over WhatsApp or a call.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents that were included with the original shipment.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Return Shipping Costs: 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refund Process: 
1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item (s), we will notify you the status of your return.
2. If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Replacement policy
Hassle free replacements are offered, in cases where the mistake is on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or Spelling mistakes in the printing etc.
*Damaged or Defective Items: *
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for arranging for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items: 
Customized printed items are not eligible for return.
